in memory of Gini Duarte

On Saturday, July 20, 2019, YWCA Rhode Island will hold its 25th Annual Golf Tournament at Foster Country Club. We are seeking your participation as a player, sponsor or raffle prize donor.
Proceeds from the tournament and raffle will help support ENCOREplus® and other YWCA programs. ENCOREplus® is a systematic approach to women's health promotion, in particular, breast cancer education. This program not only educates women about the importance of early detection and refers them to screening services, but also helps women overcome the barriers that keep them from obtaining preventative health care services.
The tournament is dedicated to Gini Duarte, a dear friend whose life was taken from us in 1994 due to breast cancer. It also provides an outstanding female scholar/athlete with a Gini Duarte Memorial Scholarship.
Your participation helps us to have a great day of golf, supports a female scholar/athlete, and increases awareness of the life-saving benefits of early detection of breast cancer.
